If I’m using the setup based off of your article how I added 100 pounds to my deadlift workout set up, on the two assistance exercises on the bench and press day could one of the assistance exercises be a row or chin up?
Main lift: Bench 3x3-5
Assistance 1: close grip floor press 3x6-8
Assistance 2: barbell row 3x6-8
Or should both assistance lifts be pushing movements and then add rows after that
