Hey guys, some quick advice.
My upper back has a lot of tightness and soreness in it. It’s hard to pinpoint, but somewhere around my upper left shoulder blade and spine, it’s kind of just that whole area, nothing really makes it worse, but it also doesn’t go away. It’s not debilitating, but it is really uncomfortable. It gets worse when sitting a lot, and almost completely relieves immediately after a workout, so I’m pretty sure it’s postural. It also grinds like hell when i roll my shoulders. Final note, my left trap will occasionally cramp when squatting, not sure if it’s related though.
Foam roller does wonders for it, but it’s only a temporary fix.
Any advice on loosening or correcting whatever is wrong with it?
