Upper Back and Biceps Program Advice?

I am looking for a 3-6 week long bodybuilding program that focuses on building upper back and bicep mass, as well as general pulling strength that i can follow strictly

my biceps and upper back are significantly lagging relative to my pressing muscles (shoulders, chest, triceps). my goal is to develop an even physique and focus on my weak muscles so i am not looking for a gener bodybuilding program. thanks!

Train your back and biceps twice in a week; train everything else once.
