Update On My Training

So far , so good.

I finally passed the mark of lifting more than half of what I could before. Its been tough, but its getting much easier. Diet is good, workouts are good. One thing I noticed though is sometimes I think I’m to intense for some workouts and I literally feel I like I strained a muscle in my neck from it…All is well :slight_smile:

Strained to hard NO. you need to work and strain hard then if you need more rest from it its justified.

Why do multiple half assed w/o’s when you can do less and do it right??
