At the moment my diet is pretty much eat as much as I can. I don't have a massive appetite so its a mad rush for me to get in about 3600 cals a day (thats what I aim for, at 50/25/25 Carbs Fats Protein). Everywhere I read says different things...I know wendler says in the 5/3/1 ebook something about 2g protein for every lb bodyweight but that seems huuuuuge to me.....then again I'm not a dietician so who knows.
Any help, suggestions etc would be handy.
I'm pretty much an ectomorph with some mesomorph traits.
