I am still cutting fat and think I will be able to start a bulk in Feb.
I have been putting a lot of thought in to what I think will get me to my goal of a lean 180. I am 5'6 140 so 180 is a good goal to set for myself.
Anyway, is the best order to put these routines in? I know everyone reacts diffrent to certine training and I think I did a decent job of switching things up.
5x5 intermediate 2-3 months.
HSS 100 SHOULDER
HSS 100 BACK
THE POWER LOOK ROUTINE
TSP DEAD LIFT & SQUAT PHASE
EDT FOR FAT LOSS
Diet- The 10 habits, gradually adding cals untill I can get to a clean bulk diet plan.
That would give me over a year of good training.
