Upcoming Bulk Plan

#1

I am still cutting fat and think I will be able to start a bulk in Feb.

I have been putting a lot of thought in to what I think will get me to my goal of a lean 180. I am 5'6 140 so 180 is a good goal to set for myself.

Anyway, is the best order to put these routines in? I know everyone reacts diffrent to certine training and I think I did a decent job of switching things up.

5x5 intermediate 2-3 months.
ABBH
BBB
TBT
WM
EDT REPGASM
OVT
EDT arms
HSS 100 SHOULDER
HSS 100 BACK
THE POWER LOOK ROUTINE
TSP DEAD LIFT & SQUAT PHASE
EDT FOR FAT LOSS

Diet- The 10 habits, gradually adding cals untill I can get to a clean bulk diet plan.

That would give me over a year of good training.

Thanks

What order would you put the listed routines in?

I think I have a good outline for a full year bulk...however I am looking for adivce about my bulking plan from the more experianced lifters on T Nation.

After all that what this site is about, getting info/advice.

Bulking plans start and end in the kitchen.

Lift whatever program you want. Do one until it stops working. Then try another until it stops working. Then go back to the original or a new one. Its not hard...

or just
Workout 3-5 times a week
make it harder every week by increasing weight, reps, TUT, sets or reduce time between sets or lifts.

Do these at least once a week
Horizontal push
Vertical Push
Horizontal pull
vertical pull
Lift something heavy from the ground
Squat something somehow
add iso's where you want

change up the lifts when you stall or add/remove volume.

the options are endless. Try every option until it fails.

That should keep you busy and progressing nicely over the next 10 years.... lol

*edit.... Just my opinion... i am a newb too, only 2 years under my belt
