Okay, I need to lose some weight fairly quickly, therefore I can’t let my metabolism slow down that much. I am gonna be going off of 2000 calories a day during the week. Would uping my calories to 2500-3000 be enought to increase my metabolism again. FYI I am 210lbs at 10-11% bf. and 5’9.5", and I want to get down to about 190.
