I am 24 years old, 6’1-6’2, 215 lbs., and 24% body fat. I am trying to get back into the shape i was in 6 years ago when I was wrestling and playing football, but I am not 100% sure the types of ratios of food I should eat.
What percentage of my BMR should I eat? How much of my calories should come from carbs? fats? proteins? I would greatly appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I would like to have a six pack again by the end of the year.
