I actually had two logs back in the day. I had a homemade one made from a telephone pole and it was dangerous, fuker was unbalanced and the holes where so small it cut up the wrists.

Triceps are getting hit almost daily and they are getting thicker, this is helping like 70% of my arm growth.
I still need to keep going obviously but I’m seeing a new level of growth happening. From what I’m seeing I look like I lift, I’m not interested in looking like a bodybuilder, I do work for a muscular mid-section and to be as hard and dense as possible, I don’t care about symmetry, strides, or puffy protein filled muscle. I don’t eat like a bodybuilder and don’t care for that. While the kitchen requires “work” I feel the real work is not stuffing yourself with food throughout the day and training as hard as possible.
I don’t eat any sweets, I worst thing I eat are occasional chips and dips with a beer on the weekend. As for beer, most of the golden ear lean lifters drank beer, Arthur Saxon was one, he trained so hard, it didn’t matter.
I eat for fuel, if I’m not needing fuel, I won’t eat. It’s really that simple.
