Sorry to vent, but I am currently having the chance to hear union workers publicly demonstrate their disagreement during negotations at a nearby building.
I say hear because they are probably 40-50 of them and they brought in their DJ and MC.
The songs are popular tunes spun to union themes, and the MC signs on top of it.
Sorry, but so far, it just sounds kindergarden songs sung by adults. The medium truly is opposite to the message, in my opinion.
Where`s the credibility? Probably not important, as long as there is strength in numbers.
I have to give credit to unions for one thing: they sure get results when they demand something. They know which buttons to push to get what they want.
But I seriously wonder where kindergarden style public interventions fit in…
