Are there workouts or lifts that you did many years ago but couldnt forget and also repeat it?
It was 2009. I had just completed my military service and was building my body back up after months of lay off. I was about 100 kgs and in one upper body workout, i cleaned a barbell loaded with 70 kg from the floor and did 9 clean reps of military press with it. It was a one time thing. I got heavier later ( 106 kg ) but couldnt repeat that lift. Im only 73,5 kgs at the moment and that barbell was heavier than me that day.
