Unexpected Week of Weight Loss

long story short.

i went on holiday for a week, 5 days where spent at a music festival.

i basically lived on bread like coassaints, waffles and pain du chocolates etc for the whole 7 days. drank lots of alcohol and smoked at least 3 joints a day. didnt really sleep very much.

i had been doing a 5x5 program on a low carb diet. so i thought i would at least gain half a stone when i was a away.

just weighed myself and ive nearly lost 3/4 stone.

what the fuck happened?

when i go back to low carb will my losses be kick started since ive had a week on high carbs?
