I work out often, one side of my body is stronger than the other side it may be that i just can’t figure out what exercise’s to do,would a chiropractor know the cause?

More than likely it’s just that, a muscle imbalance. It can also be caused by spinal issues like scoliosis. A chiropractor should be able to at least rule out skeletal issues and suggest some kind of prehab/rehab therapy.

Typically I say “there’s no difference,” but here I would absolutely go rule out structural/ nerve issues.

So x2 to @ChickenLittle

Agreed here. I would get an xray to rule out scoliosis etc. Once cleared, you can begin addressing it.

This looks more like a basic structural issue than a muscle imbalance, because of the degree of unevenness. You’re not carrying enough muscle that your joints should be pulled THAT much out of alignment. A muscle imbalance will generally only result in much less significant asymmetry than this. A spinal X ray would be the first thing I would personally suggest. This could also be some sort of impingement that is holding one shoulder much higher than the other. So if your spine is ok, the shoulder joint is likely the issue.

OP, did you get this checked out? I could take a wild speculative guess based on the pic, which would benefit noone, but I do think this is something you’d want to diagnose.

I don’t know if you have any functional issue other then the “look” so this might be completely out of context, but I had a nerve paralysis of a cranic nerve 3 years ago and looked very similar. I am just leaving this here because maybe it’s something you want to consider. It maybe looks more a postural or chronic issue in your case, my problem started with sharp pain and came out of nowhere.
