I don’t see anything wrong with this. He did what all newbs should do. Searched to see if there was already a thread with his problem and then added to it, instead of starting a new one.

edit: But if he is bumping a thread, he should at least add what he did to fix his problem, training etc.
(edit) Didn’t notice the fuckin’ thread date. Threads past a certain date should just be locked automatically.

Single arm DB floor presses, and assisted 1-arm pushups as a workout finisher would probably help a lot. Perhaps even as a super set.
