Uneven Muscles, Help

Hey, I have been bulking for about 1 month and I can see that my chest has increased a lot since I have started. But my arms look very small compared to my chest and I want increase the mass in my arms.
What shall I do? Best exercises? etc.

Dude, you’re 6’ tall and 155 pounds. Keep eating enough and training smart, and start worrying if you have “small arms” when you weigh 190, bench and barbell row 225x12, shoulder press 185x10, squat 315x5 and 185x20, deadlift 365x5, and curl 50-pound dumbbells x 12.

You shall keep going, and understand that worrying about things like this right now are like worrying that you couldn’t spell mononucleuosis in the 4th grade. It’s just something that will be resolved in time. And you’ve got plenty of time.

Mother of God… shoulder press 185 10x? I can do all the other stuff you mentioned no probs, but I can only do 185 like maybe twice.

That’s a pretty high bar to set, for sure, but I just wanted to get a general idea across.

Was thinking the exact same thing!!! except I cant do any of those…tear

I can squat 185x20 :slight_smile:

But I can’t do any of the rest.
