Uneven Development

#1

Alright, let's get this out of the way. I'm 20 years old - 5'9" 135lbs - and have been 'training' 6 times a week for almost 3 months. This is the first time I've trained since high school wrestling.

I cannot gain fat. I'd like to, but my body won't let me. I heat up to 110+ degrees while I sleep and burn carbs like a monster. I eat more than anyone I know - not an exaggeration. (No, I don't have tapeworms.)

That being said, there is some uneven development of the lower external obliques near the pelvis. The left side is bulkier (which I like) than the right side. The abs are pretty close to identical. I'm doing 3 sets of leg/knee raises and 3 sets of bicycle kicks 3 times a week. I make sure to do an even number of lifts and kicks for each side of my body.

Check out this picture and let me know if there is anything I can do to improve even development. (I don't need a lecture on genetics, if it's not possible then that's that.)

Thanks.

You’re going to get flamed by saying you eat a lot and can’t gain weight. Because you’re clearly hardly eating anything. You’re ridiculously skinny so saying you eat more than anyone you know is stupid.

Write down what you eat and go from there. it helped me learn what foods contained what and what my body needs.

#3

you probably have your pelvis tilted.

PLEASE POST IN THE BEGINNER FORUM FOR BS LIKE THIS.

I’m pretty sure I eat more in one meal than you do in two days. I’m not bs’ing, I’m just being honest, you probably have 0 clue how much you need to eat.

maybe it’s just me but it looks like your right pec is totally dwarfing your left pec. Gotta even those out.

His left pec you mean  agree with what has been said, you clearly dont eat enough, maybe because you have started eating more than you used to, doesnt mean your eating alot.

Um, I’d say you have very uneven development… considering your face looks 18+ and your body looks like that of a 12-year old girl. Congrats.

110+ degrees every nite?

You need to eat more. I was skinnier than you when I first started working out. And I thought the same thing, until I started reading diet logs of big guys. Eat more and quit doing cardio.

Okay, after viewing this again, I have to believe it’s a troll job. Or OP is stupid as fuck, it’s really tough to tell sometimes.

110 degrees? Wowza, so you die or come close to feverish death every single night? That’s really something else.

Please, do continue.
