I have been training for about 1 year and have noticed a very worrying problem with my chest. One side of my chest is under-developed compared to the other side. My stronger side has about 1.5 times the mass of the other… it isn’t very noticible from front on but from the side and especially when feeling the muscle you can tell the difference easily. Has anyone else had this problem and corrected it?.. Is it feasible to try train one side of the chest?.. please, please help me!
