Uneven Bench Press, Sore Shoulders

Ok my bench is always uneven. Left side is higher than right all the time. It’s gotten worse and there is some pain too. Any help would be appreciated

Do you need to barbell press? Perhaps swap with dumbbells?

I agree with the above. Dumbells will straighten that right out. They are probably better anyway unless you plan on powerlifting.
