First let me start off by saying I am in no means a body builder but I thought you guys would be more helpful in this situation. My left front delt is a decent amount larger than my right and I think it could possibly be effecting my bench/OH press. I heard that this can sometimes be due to injury/ weak rotators so I just started to do some rotator cuff training 3/4 times a week. I don't want to drop barbell exercises to fix the problem, but I've started doing some DB press' after my main pressing movement. Do you guys have any tips in increasing the size/strength of my right delt to match my left one?
unilaterally... some guys recommend completing the set for both arms, pausing, then continue with 3-4 more reps with the "lacking" side.
