if your doing db bench presses or db incline presses and on your final few reps you can get the wieght up with 1 side, but you have difficulty with the other. Does this mean that you have an imblance?
Well…yes. lol. If it happens every time, do one set w/ the weaker side of 6-8 reps after you finish the regular sets. Should be a short time before they’re balanced out.
One way to be sure…while you’re still fresh, pick a moderate weight and do sets w/ each side, you’ll know for sure if they’re out of whack.
