I've been active all my life, but i always had a problem that nobody can correct on me. I can't even lift my torso over 10 degree when i'm lying on the floor. So i tried a lot of work on my abs with anti-flexion , anti-extension exercices and on the abs exercices on the swiss ball, but my back does not seems to want getting off the floor. I know it's might be psoas tighness, but i also streched them a lot. Finally when i tried any abs exercice i almost felt it right away in my lower back (psoas ) I'm start thinking it might be some motor or bone dysfunction
What do you think ?
