Ultimate V-Diet Test

Ive posted on this site a month or two looking for some ridiculous gains in such a short amount of time…i took n3wbs advice and yes my #'s went up big off of a heavy shoulder and hip strain. But im weighing a little heavy now. 170 that is. My weightclass is 148 and i am going to Velocity Diet myself into my competition March 4th. Tomorrow ill post my #'s and weight after my gym session…any tips, advice, encouragement all welcome…wish me luck! Ill have vids of comp when it happens.
