Ultimate Fat Shake


-2 cups water
-2 scoops Metabolic Drive
-2 tbsp ground flax seeds
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tbsp olive oil

Low carbs, high protein, and there ain't no way you can say I'm cutting myself short on PUFAs, MUFAs, or quality saturated fat. So at the end of the day, if I'm not sure if I got in enough of any kind of fats, I just down one of these babies and I'm good to go - I feel like Fat Bastard but other than that I'm good to go...


Wow. That sounds like it could be nasty.

My favorite is-
Two bannas, quart of ice cream, and 350 ml of bacardi superior. Ice goes in there somewhere too.



I just eat some good old lard-on-a-stick. Dammit I need to cut :frowning:
