Ultimate Fat Loss Program?

I have been training for about 5 months now and want to give this new program I saw the program posted yesterday a try. I am 5’7 188LBS and enjoy working out. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week. My diet is pretty decent 2000CALS 150carbs 200-225protein 50-75FAT.

Don’t comment on the gyno I have tried Letrozole and am thinking of running it one more time before I have the surgery.

should I use this program or something else. What do you vets and lurkers think?
