Ulnar Nerve-Pain

I snapped my arm in 3 places two years ago. Now I have 2 plates and 12 screws. I get a lot of ulnar pain that will last for days sometimes weeks. Could the nerve have been damaged from the break and was never taken care of?

or a result of the added hardware into the arm?

Or tendons that were weakened during the casting/healing process?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I got my hard wear removed and most of pain is gone too. I busted my elbow got 1 plate and about 15 screws.
The plate and 6 screws are gone and I am much happier.
The pain was very bad in winter
