I don’t think either of those fights go 3 rounds. We will probably get to see one or two more.

Main Card Bouts:
Rich Franklin vs. Vitor Belfort - Belfort KO
Junior Dos Santos vs. Mirko Filipovic - Dos Santos KO
Martin Kampmann vs. Paul Daley - Daley
Josh Koscheck vs. Frank Trigg - Trigg with the upset
Tyson Griffin vs. Hermes Franca - Should be a great fight, Franca edges it

On Spike:
Efrain Escudero vs. Cole Miller - Miller, sub
Drew Mcfedries vs. Tomasz Drwal - No idea, so Mcfedries on a coin toss

Preliminary Bouts:
Jim Miller vs. Steve Lopez - Lopez
Rafaello Oliveira vs. Nik Lentz - Oliveira sub
Rick Story vs. Brian Foster - Foster - coin toss
Jason Brilz vs. Eliot Marshall - Marshall
Vladimir Matyushenko vs. Igor Pokrajac - Matyushenko
Rafael Dos Anjos vs. Rob Emerson - Emerson

Lets see if I can get more than 1 from the main card this time

Main Card Bouts:
Rich Franklin vs. Vitor Belfort-Belfort by KO
Junior Dos Santos vs. Mirko Filipovic-Cro Cop by Head kick
Martin Kampmann vs. Paul Daley-Kampmann
Josh Koscheck vs. Frank Trigg-Koscheck
Tyson Griffin vs. Hermes Franca-Griffin.

Belfort by dec
Cro Cop TKO stikes
Kampman by dec
Trigg by KO
Franca by dec

I dont keep up with the undercard fighters but Emerson has heart

Belfort TKO
Dos Santos TKO
Kampmann by Sub
Kos by UD
Griffin by UD

Belfort (KO)
Dos Santos (KO)
Kampmann (submission)

Man, just about everyone has CroCop going down. I like what I’ve seen of Dos Santos but I really want to believe CroCop still has it in him.

Considering it’s only on one hour before the main card, and Spike only highlighted two fights (Escudero/Miller and McFedries/Drwal) I assume we’ll get to see these two fights for sure, and any fill-in fights from earlier if these fights end quickly).

Belfort
Dos Santos
Daley
Kos
Griffin

Belfort Vs Franklin - Just went on sherdog and saw the weigh-in pics…Belfort looks like he’s out of shape.
Fighting those C-grade fighters hasn’t been good for him apparantly… Franklin FTW

Crocop VS DosSantos- Dos Santos for the win

Trigg Vs Koschek - Koschek hasn’t been as good as he used to be when he first came in the UFC. He seems less mobile lately. That, and he’s suffering from advanced male pattern baldness from steroids when he’s only 30. Frank Trigg will KTFO of koschek.

C grade fighters like Lindland who a year back people were saying Dana White was scared to bring him back to the UFC because he would beat Anderson Silva?

And Koschek is out of site better than when he first came into the UFC, his footwork and striking has come on leaps and bounds. The difference is the calbre of people he is up against.

Yeah, because going bald is a flawless sign of a steroid user…

I’m so glad that I didn’t pay for this. I was really disappointed in Cro Cop. Franklin sucked balls too.

i pulled the results off of MMAfanhouse:

Paul Daley def. Martin Kampmann by TKO
Josh Koscheck def. Frank Trigg by TKO
Tyson Griffin def. Hermes Franco by TKO
Efrain Escudero def. Cole Miller by TKO
Tomasz Drwal def. Drew McFedries by submission (rear-naked choke)
Jim Miller def. Steve Lopez by submission (Injury)

Eliot Marshall def. Jason Brilz via split decision
Vladimir Matyushenko def. Igor Pokrajac via unanimous decision
Rafael dos Anjos def. Rob Emerson via unanimous decision

Dos Santos is legit. CroCop looked timid for some reason. Dos Santos would get close, and CroCop would kinda strike and them push him away. Guess he was trying to set up for a leg kick. CroCop did land some good shots in round 1 though. JDS is for real. Should move up the HW ranks pretty quickly.

Belfort still has it. Dana talked about Vitor-Silva for MW title, that would be awesome. Didn’t know about Belfort’s sister being kidnapped. Sad.

What did you guys think about Yves Lavigne stopping the Daley/Kampmann fight? Just right? Premature? Lavigne has made some questionable calls the past few cards.

I’d rather see Vitor get a few fights at MW than go right in against Anderson.

Seriously, Crocop always had an “elusive-counter striking” style, but ever since he started in the ufc, he seems incredibly gun-shy and pretty much just defending himself. Maybe he’s been eating too much soy or something… I like Dos Santos, he’s there to fight, showed some nice muay thai and quite young.

Vitor-Silva is going to be a GREAT fight, we’ll get to see a full-powered Anderson again because otherwise he might get his ass kicked. It would be interesting to see if he would change his approach in this fight and maybe grapple a bit more.

And yes, unless Yves Lavigne saw that Kampmann’s eyes were orbiting in opposite directions, I think it was a premature stoppage, maybe he drinks a lot of soy shakes too.

Lastly, the ufc “fans” that go to all the events are the worst ever! What is up with all the fucking booing?!! In reality, they go to witness a car-crash, the ironic part is that probably ONLY .02% of those motherfuckers would EVER engaged or challenged themselves in a fight!! So fucking annoying!
