UB Sheiko + LB Variations Log


I'm going to keep a training log here, hoping to learn from the masters of steel.

I've been trainin for 3 years, but results haven't been great since my studies go first (medicine), sometimes it can get quite busy ^^

BP: 115
Dips: +50kg
Chins: +25kg
Weight: 82kg
Height: 1.73m (5"6)

For the next 2 months I will do Sheiko for my UB, but combine it with LB stuff that I choose...The first LB month will be focussed on speed and gaining mass, the second one more on power.

I will be posting my weights in kg's!
