What proteins besides casein have good tyrosine to tryptophan ratios?
I am pretty sure that whole eggs and steak do, as Poliquin recommended them both for breakfast in his article about preparing for the ultimate workout. I am unsure about others, although obviously turkey is way too high in tryptophan and whey protein’s ratio is pretty much 1:1 tyrosine to tryptophan.
Anybody know about tuna?
Tyrosine/tryptophane ratio in tuna is approx. 3/1.
And the ratio in eggs(egg whites or egg beaters) or skim milk?
