Typical Pro Bodybuilder Contest Prep?

Hi everyone,

I’ve read through the threads and articles here that talk about bodybuilding contest prep, but I’m hoping to get more input. For the bodybuilders (or those that know one) out there: What do the weeks leading up to a contest look like for you? How do you change your diet? Workouts? Supplement use?

Any input is welcome!
