I’m considering buy a large quantity (25 kg) of caseinate from a caseinate supplier. My question is, what would be the best type of caseinate to purchase (calcium, sodium, caseinate etc…)? Does this even seem like a good idea? Any input out there would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
That is a good question! I wish I could help, except to say thst THE best casein is “micellar” casein which is undenatured whereas I suspect the other “caseinates” you mention are denatured in various ways.
