Type 2B Program Question

Hi Christian,
I am on Phase 1 of the Type 2B program and it’s great! I’m already sure I’ll repeat it :slight_smile:
I am curious if you put more value in keeping the same weight as you move through the weeks versus reducing weight to hit the reps. I particularly found it hard to go from the 6sec eccentric to 8 and did decrease the weight after two sets.

From what he’s said about 2Bs its way more important to get the pump rather than specific reps. I’d say reduce it to get those full 8sec eccentrics. That’s definitely more pump inducing
