Type 2b: Power Cleans and Presses, Muscle Snatches?

Hi CT,

Are muscle snatches, clean and presses etc ok for a 2b? What type of rep range should they do?


If they are done with a non maximal load and not going to the point of technique breakdown they can be used. I would use the strength-skill method doing sets of 3-5 reps with 75-80% of maximum at an RPE of around 7 - 7.5
