what kind of variation needs type 1b and how often?
what about volume, for big muscle groups and the small groups, per week or session?
I usually train 4x a week and 1-2x boxing/mma session, (sometimes 1-2x a week neural charge session)
which split/s would you prefer/recomend for 4 sessions a week?
my goal is to gain size
