My Neuro Type is 1b and have the Neuro Type 1b power & strength program… the training has been going great. (Especially after taking 7 years off.)5 days a week has been good but now my work schedule has changed and I need to cut back to 4 days of training. What changes in condensing the 5 day into four days and any changes to the routine.

Just roll through the days in order… for example…

Etc,
