So with type 1a we want volume low and intensity high, is a good way to work out a daily session to aim to get between 9 and 15-30 total reps above 85% on a lift, using which rep shceme you want as long as its below 5 reps, so 54321, 321 waves, 4/4/4/3/3/3, straight sets of 3 etc…sound good or am i off base ?
