I’ve recently done the neurotype test and it confirmed what I suspected based on my training preferences and personality (1A/1B). There are two things I’m interested in. The first one is about fat loss: How should I condunct an aggressive fat loss period? Normal training + HIIT and drop carbs to almost zero? Right now I’d say I’m about 17% BF and I’d like to drop it in order to progress more easily in front levers etc. The other one is about isolation work. You wrote that type 1 should concentrate on big compound mvmnts but I have relatively long arms (wingspan 189cm to 178cm height). How should I approach it? Moderately low reps and high intensity of (for example) barbell curls and close grip pin press?
