Two Years TRT Sudden Rise in Total Testosterone

Hello all, I have been studying and researching this site for a few years, I just finally decided to post. I have reviewed the stickies quite a few times.

-age- 38
-height- 5’11
-waist- 34
-weight- 189
-describe body and facial hair- Full thick beard, hairy chest, stomach and legs.
-describe where you carry fat and how changed- Chest, stomach (not much).
-health conditions, symptoms [history] Stage one hypertension (hereditary).
-Rx and OTC drugs, any hair loss drugs or prostate drugs ever- Propecia x 3months in 2007. 10/mg Lisinopril daily.

-lab results with ranges

-describe diet- Eat mostly Chicken, Turkey and Fish. Plenty of greens and oats.
-describe training- Training off and on for about 15 years, prior military.
-testes ache, ever, with a fever? Occasional ache prior to TRT no fever.
-how have morning wood and nocturnal erections changed- Good morning and nocturnal erections since starting TRT two years ago, prior it was non-existent with many episodes of ED.

I follow KSmans suggested protocol (ish), 2x injections per week 62mg each Test Cyp.

HCG is 300 IU 2x week (with T injection).

Anastrozole 0.5 mg at time of injection.

Been feeling good for the last few years since starting TRT I just question the sharp rise in total testosterone. Prior to these labs I was on .25 mg Anastrozole 2x a week and 50mg 2x a week with the same HCG dosage as above. Took labs 3 days after last injection of 50mg and total testosterone came back at 680 and E2 was 49. (same lab ranges as above). Doc increased Anastrozole to 0.5 mg 2x a week and at my request increased Testosterone to 125mg a week broken up in two injections. I had the above labs drawn 3 days after last injection (on injection day) of 62.5 mg and total test came back >1600. Any clues as to what may have caused this? Possibly testing flaw?

Thank you for your time.
