I need to have some minor surgery. I won’t be able to lift for one week and then after two weeks I can exercise at my own comfort level. I have only been training this time around for 2 1/2 months. I really don’t want to stop since I am seeing great progress.
I am wondering if it would be better to put off the surgery until I have been back into it for six months, thinking that it might be beneficial to take a break at that time or just do it sooner and get it over with.
