Two Questions About Training

Why dont you just switch thursday and friday around? Gives your shoulders two days to rest from chest on wednesday.

PS. Aren’t calves part of the legs…

Before anybody puts in their two cents, maybe this is another good example of where a general fitness forum could come in handy.
