Two questions: 1. Insulin Resistance. 2. Creatine products.

nKeago, I usually use Twinlabs Phos Fuel. Each cap has 1000 mg of sodium phosphate. However, this sodium phosphate is dibasic and I used tribasic sodium phosphate in my previous calculations. You would need to use 2.75 grams of dibasic sodium phosphate for every 5 grams of creatine. Three capsules would give you 3 grams which would be plenty. If the NaCl tastes too bad you could get a capsule machine and make it into capsules at home.

Doc Serrano is very high on the creatine/salt combo(this is the reason scott pushes FSI since Serrano reccomends it…he is a Serrano robot) I have heard of people getting good results adding salt to their swole…hope that helps…Mike

Thanks Kenny. Thanks Mike:

Mike what is swole and what is FSI???
