I'm in week 5 of my diet and have been trying some new stuff. Here are 2 reciepes that work for breakfast or postworkout meal.
1 cup oats
1 cup ff cottege cheese
6 egg whites
Cinnamon to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract
Splenda to taste or your goals
Blend up and pour in a pam skillet. This is the best recipe for this I've ever had.
Eggs and Oatmeal
Boil 1 cup of water
Add 1/2 cup of oats for approx 1 minute
add 8 egg whites
simmer on low stirring for 8 minutes
add either 1 slice ff cheese, or splenda to taste.
Both have helped me a bunch as something other than just scrambled egg whites, and they both cook very fast and simple.
