27m/177cm/72kg So, I’ve been doing a full body workout 3 times per week, eating 2700 calories per day. Mostly dumbbells and kettle bells but I mix it up and do deadlifts, squats and bench sometimes. I’ll also do cardio and core on my rest days.
I can tell that I’m making progress, but the scale isn’t moving and it doesn’t appear that I’m loosing my belly fat. But it’s difficult for me to be objective on my own body.
My question is how is my progress for 2 months?it seems a bit slow to me. Should I keep doing what I’m doing or should I change something.
