Two important things...

I’ve recently turned 40 -gulp!-, and am in the best shape I’ve ever been in thanks to the foundation of HP MASS (and the perfect rep) training and more recently, the LAYERS setup. So a huge thanks CT for your training systems and help over the years!

RE training frequency: I train every day (pretty much) and its amazing how much worse I feel when I do get forced to miss a session; CT is spot on with a higher frequency of training working well for older lifers.

One thing that I believe has been neglected on T-Nation recently when talking about CNS recovery, and thus the ability to front-up and train effectively again, is the supplement Power Drive. No shit fellas, if you aren’t using it after a training session, you don’t know what you’re missing! I simply COULD NOT do what I do on a daily basis without it. Give your CNS the raw ingredients it needs to rebuild itself, feel better and train more often!

PKS, I use both Power Drive and Alpha GPC and wouldn’t train without them.
