Hi sir! After reading about how you train athlet I get the ide to try working more on eccentric and isometric. I will try wit this plan but without repetition day - The Two-Exercise Workout Plan for Size

My question hoever is possible to add some dynamic work to this? For example power clen or power snatch or high pull?
