- stiff leg deadlift 5 x 10
- abs

Day 2
- bench press 5/3/1
- dumbbell press 5 x 10
- dumbbell row 5 x 10
- bicep curl

WEEK 2
Day 1
- deadlift 5/3/1
- safety bar squat 5 x 10
- good morning 5x10
- abs

Day 2
- overhead press 5/3/1
- chin up 5 x 10
- dips 5 x10
- bicep curl

  • with all the assistance work at what % should they be done
  • how many weeks should i do these assistance workouts until i change them around
  • after 6 weeks should i have a deload week
  • can i do these program for 28 weeks
  • also any advice on doing two days a week training

Your kidding right?
Would you sleep with your significant other the same way for 28 weeks? You have to read the books and use some common sense.Thats all there is to it
