In Beyond Two Day/Week - New Template" on page 70 Jim gives example of lifts:

Day One
Squat 5/3/1
Deadlift 65%x3, 75%x3, 85%x3
Assistance

Day Two
Bench Press 5/3/1
Press 65%x3, 75%x3, 85%x3
Assistance

Any guidance on how to warm up for the second lift of 3s. I do not want to overkill if not needed.

Two sets of five @ 50%, good luck!
