Two 90 Pound Dumbbells Enough to Run a Cycle

Hey hey. I was able to order a set of Bowflex Selecttech 1090 Dumbbells when they went in and out of stock for 30 seconds on Amazon today. They are adjustable from 5-90 pounds.

Is that enough weight to get some good gains on cycle or a waste?

It depends on your strength and imagination

I did something like this when gym was closed. I didn’t want to stop cycle. It took a lot volume and a lot exercises I don’t like for high reps. Lunges, Bulgarians for 15+ reps every day. Basically I was training every day for 1.5h-2h. I did often split training in two sessions. But I was working at home, had a lot free time and tren on my side. I was just training, eating and working no stress job for 6-8h 5 days a week. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a life

Sounds like a dream cycle, my first cycle nearly a year ago I was working 7 days a week 12 hours a day and still made great gains, now that I’m grounded from covid I can eat and sleep and workout all day with the 90lb dumbbells and get massive, 180lb lunges and shoulder presses should get me pretty big.
