Twing in Back Shoulder

Yesterday I did my pull day, consisting of farmer walks, one arm rows, one arm rows (from cable at a high level), biceps, straight arm lat pulls, and palloff press, and deadlifts.
Now I have this twing in my back right shoulder, right near the bone. I know shoulder work is all about having this balance between mobility, strength and stability. If anyone has any tips on what to take out, what to add, to stretch more, mobility more/less. . . I would appreciate it and if I should work through it or lay off all upper body until it’s gone. My push day has db press (one arm) triceps, overhead press, lat raises, isometric push uip holds, and face pulls. Thanks again
