Twice a Day Training

BTW, how would be a good periworkout for a session lasts 15-20 minutes? I mean, Laroyal recomends 40 BCAA, me too, but in a short workout, can be productive 40 grams betwenn sets? or for a short versiosn is probably intake half and half pre and post (plus post workout is a mandatory glutamine too)

I did Chad Waterbury’s HFT program and after one yearm 1 bulk and 1 cut (still cutting), I am 50 lbs heavier with 4% less bodyfat. At the beginning, I was gaining 13 lbs a month on his program, which is insane.

Two-a-days are great for size and strength. I don’t have time for them now, but if I did, I might go at them again.

If I do twice a day training, would it be a M/W/F or 3 days on 1 day off? I think I understand most of the other principles, I’m just not sure how often each week. Any comments or ideas would be great…thanks!
