I have the mid semester break coming up which will be 2 weeks long. I will have nothing else to do but train, and maybe study. I was thinking of doing twice a day training on session 1st thing in the morning and 1 session early evening. Does anyone know a good program to follow, I had a look at the Poliquin one that is on this forum… Is there any other programs I should have a look at?

I am aiming to do the exact same. 14 days of 2 a days. then take an easy week.
I was thinking of doing 5x5 on compounds in the morning and then 4x8 on the related isolations in the evening.
